The ESB is recruiting for a pool of replacement teachers
Profile:
- Applicants must have an appropriate teaching qualification
- Diploma (validated by the national authorities) permitting to teach in the nursery and/or primary school
- Being fluent in one of the languages of the language sections (C2 Level).
- Recent experience teaching to nursery and/or primary school pupils
- Being able to work in a dynamic, multilingual and multicultural team
- Passion for teaching and taking into account all of the child’s competences, beyond purely academic aspects
- Interest in and practicing differentiating pedagogy
- A high level of professionalism and care for the pupils’ well-being
- Good teamwork with other teachers is expected.
- Good planning and ICT skills are essential
Conditions and offer:
- Replacement teachers are contacted sporadically, depending on the number of teachers absent that day.
- Replacement teachers are usually contacted by phone from 7am each morning to check their availability
- Working hours depend on the replacements but take place during school hours: between 08:40 and 16:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 08:40 and 13:15 on Wednesdays and Fridays
- Starting day : according the need
- Type of contract : short term replacement contract
- Salary : € 51,03 gross salary per hour worked
- Applicants should be in possession of a working permit for the Netherlands
- An offer of employment is subject to the production of a recent Certificate of Good Conduct/disclosure certificate. More information about this will be given if you are selected for the pool
