Export Manager
As Export Manager you will join the sales team and will be responsible for growing our international distributors. You will develop strategic plans with Balmain Hair partners resulting in maximizing sales for Balmain Hair and our other brands. Make a difference. Recognize and develop the strength of the Balmain Hair brand.
Job description
- Manage and support our international distributors in reaching objectives
- Formulate and execute a strategic year plan within set budgets with each distributor
- Turnover and Gross Profit margin responsibility
- Work with marketing team. Help to execute brand strategies that will result in continued growth of the total brand
- Generate creative ideas to maximize business growth
- Take active part in monthly team meetings
- Awareness of strategic objectives and priorities
- Managing and delivering top and bottom line sales in line with distribution and channel strategies

Your profile
- Experience and understanding of business development
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Experience in working with distributors preferably in the beauty industry
- Ability to analyze sales, competitor and market data in order to make recommendations for the business
- Experience in meeting budgeted sales and profit growth targets
- 2-5 years’ experience in account management
- Strong negotiation skills and reasoning are key
- Ability to understand strategic objectives of the business and develop / implement appropriate plans.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork
- Strong communication skills in English
- Relationship builder with impact and the ability to influence
- Energetic “can do” attitude to seek new business and grow existing business
- Prepared to travel
