About the job
As our QAQC Manager, you will hold ultimate accountability for our ABP and waste governance. You are someone who easily maintains a macro-level overview of quality processes while confidently charting the path forward. You will act as the key liaison with critical authorities like the NVWA and ODNZKG, bridging the gap between strict regulatory compliance and our innovative operations. If you are a decisive, analytical leader with 5–10 years of QAQC experience and a passion for continuous improvement, we want you on our team.
Tasks and responsibilities

Policy & Governance: Develop, maintain, and ensure full implementation and compliance of policies surrounding ABP and waste topics.

System Management: Manage quality manuals alongside the QAQC Specialist, ensuring the continuous completion of the PDCA cycle.

Internal Advisory: Provide specialized support to internal stakeholders (R&D, Supply Chain, Trade, Truckport) on complex ABP and waste dossiers.

Knowledge Sharing: Share key learnings from internal/external audits and reviews across the organization, initiating mitigating actions when required.

Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of changing legislation, assessing impact, and driving the implementation of required operational changes.

External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory authorities, ensuring strong and collaborative relationships.

About you
To be successful in this position you should recognize yourself in the following points:
- Education: A bachelor degree in business sustainability, environmental sciences or a related field (essential).

Work experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in QAQC function (essential).

Quality systems: Demonstrable experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, or comparable quality assurance systems (essential). Experience with ABP is desirable.

Legislation: Deep understanding of Dutch waste legislation and EVOA regulations (desirable).

Languages: Fluent in Dutch (reading, writing, and speaking) to comprehend local legislation and authorities (essential). Professional proficiency in English (essential).

Strategic Vision & Oversight: Ability to maintain a macro-level overview of quality processes while proactively charting the path forward to ensure long-term compliance.
