The customer service employee has the objective of processing assignments adequately, inform constantly and giving Transportes Van Overveld customers all the information needed to fulfil in their expectation. The goal has to be that our customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints.
- Processing orders, weekly informative lists, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide service representatives.
- Check availability of goods at loading places and be intermediate between client and loading place
- Processing orders via EDI or similar automatic order processing systems
- Implement and exceed customer requires and wishes expectation
- Overtake office partners daily operation tasks in their absence.
Education:
Certificate of Higher Education in Administration, International Commerce and Management by Objectives
Experience/requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with preference of a transport company
Languages:
Dutch (preferred), English (fluent) and Spanish (fluent)
Gross Salary
€22.000 till 26.000 per year pending of experience
Working hours
From 8:30 am to 17:30 pm with a break of one hour.
