Silverflow processes nearly a billion transactions annually. Our clients rely on our systems, data, and reports for critical operations like payment processing, merchant payouts, and risk management. As an Operations Analyst, you play a vital role in ensuring our platform and operational deliverables remain accurate, timely, and complete.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Account Management teams to triage incidents, investigate root causes, implement permanent solutions, and resolve complex customer inquiries. As we scale, you will continuously improve Silverflow’s operational efficiency by automating manual workflows, building internal dashboards, and elevating the customer experience.
What you will do
To achieve this, your daily focus will involve the following core responsibilities:
Drive Operations: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for product performance. When systems malfunction, data discrepancies arise, or stakeholders raise concerns, confidently triage, investigate, resolve, and communicate.
Develop our Products: Support your product domain by proposing and scoping new features that improve service quality and platform performance.
Optimize and Automate Processes: Don't fix the same problem twice. Proactively analyze operational workflows, design innovative solutions, and implement automated systems.
Build Insights and Tooling: Make sure you visualize and communicate the performance of your products to third party stakeholders. Build tools that make it easier for you and the team to perform the work.
Deliver Strategic Support: Provide high-impact operational support to Account Management and Sales teams, helping Silverflow secure new business and deepen client relationships through operational excellence.

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM, or an adjacent analytical field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Tech, or a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets, digging into root causes, and applying conceptual thinking to novel challenges.
Action-Oriented: Hands-on, proactive, and capable of driving investigations and solution implementation end-to-end.
Detail & Precision: Highly organized with an ability to maintain accuracy while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Growth Mindset: Curious, open to feedback, and eager to master financial technology and the global payments ecosystem.
Tech-Savvy: Skilled in using modern AI tools to accelerate work. Proficient in querying and analyzing datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI dashboards, with a strong interest in automating manual tasks.
Language: Professional fluency in English.
Location & Work Authorization: Based in the Netherlands (or willing to relocate) with full right to work. You thrive in an office-first culture with hybrid flexibility.
