About Memory Block
Memory Block creates personalised wooden photo blocks: beautiful memories printed directly onto real wood. Customers come to us with photos of family, children, weddings, pets, holidays, and special life moments. Your role is to help them turn those memories into a meaningful, high-quality product.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for people who are:
- Fluent in Dutch — mandatory
- Confident in English — mandatory
- Social, positive, and energetic
- Comfortable approaching customers
- Sales-minded and motivated by goals
- Interested in upselling and increasing turnover
- Able to create value for customers through personal conversations
- Comfortable standing and working long days in a shopping centre environment
- Experienced in retail or sales — a strong advantage
For the manager role, we are also looking for someone who can take responsibility, lead the team, monitor daily targets, motivate staff, and actively help increase sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Approach customers and create a friendly first impression
- Explain the product and help customers choose the right option
- Build personal value around customers’ photos and memories
- Upsell bundles, larger sizes, and additional products
- Help achieve daily and weekly sales goals
- Keep the kiosk clean, professional, and attractive
- Work with the team to improve results and customer experience
- Basic computer knowledge . Photoshop experience advantagous.
