Head of Operations & Expansion – Milky Amsterdam
Milky Amsterdam is growing fast.
What started as a single location is evolving into a growing hospitality concept with ambitious expansion plans ahead. We are currently looking for a Head of Operations & Expansion to help build the next phase of the company together with the founder.
This is not a standard management role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to play a key role in scaling a hospitality brand long-term.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across locations
- Build and improve operational systems and processes
- Lead and develop teams and management staff
- Help launch and scale new locations
- Monitor KPIs, staffing, quality, and performance
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Work directly with the founder on growth and expansion
- Help build a scalable multi-location business
Requirements
- Experience within hospitality/F&B
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
- Highly organized and solution-oriented
- Able to perform under pressure
- Experience with multi-location operations is a strong plus
- Someone excited about building and growing a brand long-term

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €55,000 – €75,000 per year + performance-based incentives
