As a Store Communications coordinator you are an important link between the international headquarters and our stores. Your key purpose is to provide stores with high quality, simple and clear information by critically reviewing and assessing communications with the rest of the business.
You will engage with other departments to compile, review and assess communications daily, therefore increasing your knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end business processes. On a weekly basis you will share operational, policy, logistics, IT, marketing and project information with stores, regional & general management.
You are involved in managing the company’s intranet (Anet). Where you review and adjust content to be placed for all stores within Action to have access to. Next to reviewing the content, you will work on various improvements around Anet and our knowledge base assets.
