Partner and Project Support (Student – Summer Job)

Cordaid is looking for a temporary Partner and Project Support to join our Quality Management team during the summer period.
In this role, you will support the smooth running of project and partner administration processes within the Quality Management unit.
This position offers a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in an international NGO and contribute to meaningful work.
What you will do
As Partner and Project Support, you will assist with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including:
- Supporting opportunity and project registration processes;
- Assisting with partner and supplier onboarding, including coordination of third-party checks;
- Maintaining documentation and records in internal systems;
- Supporting workflow and milestone tracking via a ticketing/support system;
- Monitoring administrative requirements and deadlines;
- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the team.
Who you are
You are a motivated and detail-oriented student who enjoys working in a structured and international environment. You are eager to learn and take initiative.
- You are currently studying at MBO or HBO level (e.g. administration, management support, business or similar);
- Affinity with administrative or project support work;
- Preferably some experience in a secretarial or administrative role (e.g. internship or part-time job);
- Good working knowledge of English; Dutch is an advantage; French is a plus;
- Ability to quickly learn and work with digital administrative systems;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams;
- Good writing skills for drafting short and clear correspondence.
