We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Service Sales Engineer to grow our HVAC service business.
- You combine technical expertise + commercial drive
- You understand systems, not just sales

- Grow service contracts, retrofits & upgrades
- Analyze HVAC installations (AHU, ventilation, controls)
- Identify energy & performance improvement opportunities
- Turn technical insights into high-value solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
Your profile:
✔ HVAC / technical background
✔ Experience in service sales or field engineering
✔ Strong customer focus & negotiation skills
✔ Dutch + English
