As our Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers across Europe. You will learn the complete recruitment process, from attracting candidates and employer branding to interviewing, stakeholder management, and hiring decisions.
This internship offers much more than administration. You will become an active member of the recruitment team and gain valuable skills that will prepare you for a future career in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Business.
What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Intern, you'll become an active member of our European Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. From day one, you'll work on real vacancies, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop practical recruitment skills with guidance from experienced recruiters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple European markets
- Publishing job advertisements and helping attract top talent through various sourcing channels
- Screening CVs and identifying candidates who match our hiring needs
- Conducting introductory phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivation, and fit
- Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting hiring managers and recruiters with recruitment administration and ATS management
- Learning how to provide professional candidate feedback and manage stakeholder expectations
- Participating in recruitment strategy discussions, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives
- Maintaining recruitment reports and analysing hiring data
- As you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own vacancies, managing the recruitment process independently under the guidance and supervision of an experienced recruiter.

Who You Are
A Bachelor's (HBO/Applied Sciences) or Master's student in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
Fluent in English
Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
Strong planning and coordination skills
Data-driven and confident working with Excel and reporting tools
Eager to learn and take ownership of projects
Available for 5–6 months
