Join us as a Logistics Coordinator and take charge of the full shipment process that keeps our business moving. You oversee the entire shipment process and bring your ideas and initiatives to drive real improvements and boost efficiency.
The salary package will be determined through further discussion, taking into account the candidate’s experience and competencies.
Tasks
- Coordinate and oversee Sea Freight shipments from booking to delivery;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
- Handle customer orders;
- Ensure smooth communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams;
- Manage month-end closing activities;
- Perform administrative tasks.
Competences
- Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience is required;
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
