LR is seeking an experienced and commercially driven IWW Sales / Account Manager to strengthen and grow our Inland Waterways business, based in Rotterdam. This role is critical to sustaining market leadership, expanding market share, and developing advisory opportunities.
- Deliver sales, revenue, margin and cash targets
- Protect market share in new construction
- Grow business with existing fleets, including ToC opportunities
- Act as primary point of contact for customers
- Develop strategic account plans
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
The IWW business has grown significantly and is a strategically important and profitable segment for LR. The role provides strong career development potential and exposure to key industry stakeholders.
- Proven sales or account management experience in maritime or related sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trusted client relationships
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent Dutch required
- Based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam
