【Job Description】
- Be responsible for delivery and training of the full product line covering early childhood education, K12, vocational and higher education in the Dutch market.
- Undertake event organization, referee training and on-site refereeing for early childhood education, K12, vocational and higher education competitions.
- Compile and iterate training manuals and delivery materials for Aelos and Roban series products; timely feed back product problems encountered during delivery to the project department.
- Participate in the compilation, review and iteration of course experiment manuals, teaching materials, reproduction of experimental cases, and development of teaching PPTs as planned by the department; assist in shooting product and teaching videos.
- Communicate with regional sales teams to optimize customer training processes, and complete customer training and delivery tasks assigned by each region.
- Standardize the arrangement of delivery processes and results, complete customer delivery acceptance, and cooperate with relevant departments to file documents.
- Participate in product testing, course testing and benchmark course development (teaching) of the department; assist product managers in building and implementing the teaching system framework.
- Liaise with the sales department, accurately convey customer demands for delivery and training, propose effective solutions, and guarantee product delivery support for sales teams.
- Undertake course lecturing, training, exhibition support and national roadshow support work.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
【Requirements】
- Major in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Control Engineering, Automation or related fields; candidates with sales or project delivery experience are preferred.
- Possess strong comprehension ability to accurately describe problems arising in delivery, with sound problem-solving thinking.
- Strong communication, organization and coordination capabilities.
- Able to insight into customer demands and have certain project promotion capabilities.
- Fluent in English (working language); Dutch proficiency at B1 level or above is preferred.
