We are looking for a Senior Retail Activation manager to lead Dyson’s ambitious retail strategy, planning and go-to-market execution across both direct and indirect physical channels, as well as online 3P channels for the Benelux & Nordics cluster comprising of 6 markets.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, activation, and shopper experience, ensuring that global priorities are effectively translated into impactful local strategies and best-in-class execution. You will own the full scope of retail activations and NPD launches (from brief to implementation) working cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for the cluster, this position is supported by a team of 3 to drive the full scope of the team’s role – and act as the key link between global direction and local market insights plus execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Strategy & Activation

Define and execute the retail activation strategy across direct, indirect, and online channels for the Benelux & Nordics cluster.

Translate global priorities into locally relevant plans that drive business growth and brand excellence.

Manage trade marketing investments and optimise spend to maximise ROI.
NPD Launches & Campaign Execution

Lead end-to-end retail launches and activations, from strategy and planning through to execution.

Ensure flawless implementation aligned with brand standards, commercial objectives, and timelines.

Partner closely with Media, Category, Commercial, and Retail Experience teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Shopper Experience & Performance

Drive best-in-class shopper experiences across physical retail and online partner platforms.

Leverage market, retail, and e-commerce insights to identify opportunities and improve performance.

Implement a test-and-learn approach, scaling successful initiatives across markets.
Stakeholder Management

Act as the key link between Global and Local teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.

Build strong partnerships with retail customers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead Joint Business Planning discussions with key retail partners.
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Retail Activation professionals.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure effective project delivery across multiple markets and priorities.
