Account Manager (m/f/d)
Position based in Amsterdam
GENERAL
The Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with the TOP 200 Fashion brands in the appointed territory. The Account Manager uses a consultative selling method in his relationship with the customer related to branded content. The Account Manager reports to the Commercial Director and Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively approach existing and potential customers by phone and email
Establish and build relationships with customers on own target customer list
Inform customers about FashionUnited and consult them on how to work with FashionUnited based on the 3 pillars news, HR recruitment and IT solutions
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling
Negotiate deals and close agreements to maximize profits
Realize commercial targets as set in the yearly budget
Maintain a proper customer registration in the CRM
Build optimal customer satisfaction
Upload the minimum number of jobs per week according to target in cooperation with other team members of the respective country
Forecast and track key account metrics
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating inhouse trainings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor degree or equivalent level through experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience
Excellent wirtten and spoken English
Knowledge of digital and social media
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Excellent time management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
