Workforce Housing International (WHI) provides fully-managed, flexible housing solutions for companies and their employees worldwide. Founded in 2021 in the Netherlands, we now support over 3,000 residents daily across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. What you'll do
- Support the team in managing and maintaining our portfolio of housing properties
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors/vendors
- Assist with property inspections and quality checks on housing units
- Support our 24/7 maintenance coordination process
- Help identify and suggest improvements to facility processes
What we're looking for
- Currently studying Facility Management (HBO level)
- Hands-on, practical problem-solver who's comfortable visiting properties in the field
- Dutch preferred (for coordinating with local contractors/vendors), English required
- Available full-time (32-40 hrs/week) for 5-6 months
- Driver's license is a plus
