For our brand-new GUESS store in Eindhoven, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you're the face of the GUESS brand. You'll welcome customers, showcase our latest collections, and create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back. We're looking for positive and energetic team players who are passionate about fashion and excited to be part of a fresh new store environment.
Your Key Tasks
- Creating the GUESS customer experience
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Recommending and selling products
- Achieving individual and store sales targets
- Replenishing and maintaining the sales floor
- Keeping the store tidy and presentable
- Supporting inventory and stock management activities
- Cash register duties
- Ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere in the store
What We're Looking For
- Available for 16-24 hours per week
- Previous experience in a sales-focused retail environment is a plus
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Positive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Dutch language skills are a plus
