dentifying and developing new business opportunities;
Prospecting and meeting decision-makers within engineering organizations;
Building long-term partnerships with clients;
Understanding customer technical challenges and staffing needs;
Managing RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations;
Ensuring profitability and sustainable growth of your business unit;
Working closely with SII international entities to deliver engineering expertise.
