Field Sales Engineer - Benelux
Redtree Solutions Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to develop and manage its
business across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
You are a dynamic and results‑driven professional with a strong team‑oriented mindset. You hold a degree in Electronic Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales of semiconductors and electronic components, with a solid track record of success.
You have a strong understanding of how to accelerate business growth and have established long‑term relationships with Tier‑1 and strategic Tier‑2 customers within key electronic industry segments. You are entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and execution‑focused. Fluency in English is required.
This is a home‑office–based position. Your mission will be to develop Redtree Solutions business and that of its franchised partners within the defined countries. You will manage and grow strategic accounts while working closely with distribution partners to drive sustainable growth across the territory.
