My longstanding financial services client are urgently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a complex company wide IT Business Transformation program on an initial 6 month contract (extension highly likely).
The successful Program Manager will lead the completion of a complex IT and business transformation program current build stage to successful implementation/roll out, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Key responsibilities are delivering efficient & improved business processes and managing the client’s project portfolio in cooperation with IT Services, 3 party suppliers and internal & external stakeholders.

Skills & experience:
- The successful Senior Project manager will need a background of Management and Leadership from within complex large global organisations
- Ideally have a background of working within Financial Services / Insurance / Credit Risk / Banking
- Proven Leadership experience – Program Management within Business Transformation / Change management
- Proficiency in Program management methodologies & tools – Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, Trello
- Ideally have a background of managing System Integration and Software development delivered by 3rd parties / offshore teams
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills – C-suite, Internal / external stakeholders, 3rd parties, suppliers
- Excellent English & Dutch language skills
