The Role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for growing and strengthening Presspage’s existing enterprise customer base. You understand how Communications, Corporate Affairs and PR teams operate inside complex organisations, and you are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across business units, regions and functions. This role is focused on long-term relationship ownership, strategic account development and helping customers increase the impact of their communications operations over time. You will work closely with enterprise customers to identify new opportunities, increase adoption across teams and use cases, and help customers get more value from Presspage as their communications needs evolve. You report directly to the CEO and will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across Europe and North America.
This role is particularly suited to someone coming from:
- PR or Corporate Communications agency environments
- Enterprise account management roles in SaaS
- Strategic client services environments with complex stakeholders and long-term customer ownership
You Will
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across Europe and North America
- Build trusted long-term relationships with Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Digital stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion and multi-use-case growth across business units, brands and regions
- Lead commercial conversations around renewals, expansions and long-term partnership development
- Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, working closely with Professional Services, Product and Support to drive adoption, workflow improvements and long-term customer success
- Drive structured account reviews, success planning and strong operational account visibility through disciplined CRM and forecasting management
- Help build the structure, processes and playbooks for account management at Presspage, with a focus on customer ownership, expansion and long-term account growth
- Support customers during periods of organisational change, high-visibility communications moments or evolving governance requirements
- Travel regularly to strengthen executive relationships and support strategic account development
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- 5–10+ years experience in enterprise account management, customer growth or strategic client services
- Proven experience managing and expanding complex enterprise relationships
- Strong understanding of Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Corporate Affairs environments
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise organisations
- Background in PR / Corporate Communications agencies is highly valued
- Experience managing commercial conversations around renewals, growth and long-term partnerships
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and become a credible strategic advisor
- Strong organisational skills and structured account management discipline
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or digital communications environments is a plus
- Comfortable operating independently in a scale-up environment
- Pragmatic, structured and relationship-oriented mindset
