About the Opportunity
We are building a talent pipeline for upcoming opportunities supporting data center delivery and AI infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.
We are looking for professionals with experience in data center deployment, IT infrastructure delivery, server and network equipment installation, hardware migration, cabling, or related technical project environments. Successful candidates may be considered for relevant positions as project scope and hiring needs develop. Responsibilities
Depending on the specific project and role requirements, responsibilities may include:
* Support the deployment and delivery of data center IT infrastructure
* Perform or coordinate installation, rack-and-stack, removal, replacement, and migration of servers and related equipment
* Support deployment of GPU servers and other AI infrastructure hardware
* Perform or support equipment relocation and data center migration activities
* Support structured cabling, fiber and copper connections, patching, labeling, and cable management
* Perform equipment inspection and basic hardware troubleshooting during deployment
* Support server, network, rack, and related infrastructure installation and commissioning activities
* Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and data center site teams
* Support site surveys, implementation planning, deployment preparation, and execution
* Track project progress, equipment status, issues, and delivery milestones
* Support testing, acceptance, handover, and project closure activities
* Maintain project documentation, implementation records, asset information, and delivery reports
* Support delivery activities across multiple data center sites when required
* Identify and escalate project risks, technical issues, and delivery blockers in a timely manner * Ensure delivery activities comply with site procedures, safety requirements, and project standards
Requirements Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:
* Data center deployment or project delivery
* Server installation, rack-and-stack, hardware replacement, or equipment migration
* Data center relocation or IT infrastructure migration projects
* GPU server or high-density computing infrastructure deployment
* Network equipment installation and basic network connectivity
* Structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, copper cabling, patching, or cable management
* Hardware troubleshooting and on-site technical support
* Data center project coordination or technical project support
* Experience working with vendors,contractors, customers, or cross-functional technical teams
* Familiarity with data center environments, site procedures, and health & safety requirements
* Relevant professional or project experience in data centers, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or other technical environments
* Educational background is flexible; relevant practical experience is highly valued
* Fluent Mandarin Chinese, as Chinese will be used for daily work communication
* Working proficiency in English
* Dutch language skills are an advantage
* Valid authorization to work in the Netherlands
* Willingness to work on-site and travel between data center locations when required
* A valid driving licence is an advantage
Work Environment
The role requires on-site work at data center locations in the Netherlands. Depending on project requirements, candidates may be required to support multiple sites and participate in equipment deployment, migration, installation, or other project-based activities at different locations.
