Brew & Bake is looking for an experienced manager with specialty coffee experience to join our team in The Hague city centre.
WHO ARE WE?
Brew & Bake is a minimalist Scandinavian and Japanese-inspired specialty coffee and micro bakery.
We focus on high-quality ingredients from local and sustainable suppliers. We serve specialty coffee, high-quality matcha, and make our own plant-based pastries, such as croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon and cardamom buns etc.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced manager who:
- Has experience as a barista in specialty coffee
- Has experience with grinder calibration, latte art, filter coffee, and matcha
- Has leadership or management experience in hospitality
- Speaks fluent English (required) and enjoys working in an international team
- Has strong communication, organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Has a positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Is passionate about hospitality and great coffee
