Your role & influence as Safety & Security Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring safe, secure and compliant work environments across Dustin’s business premises, in line with local legislation, ISO requirements and other relevant legal, regulatory and contractual commitments.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of occupational health, safety and physical security across Dustin’s business premises. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with HR, IT Security, Compliance and business leaders to establish a consistent approach across the organisation.
Core activities:
Develop, implement and continuously improve Dustin’s approach to occupational health and safety, including risk assessments, incident investigations, ISO 45001 audits and preventive and corrective actions.
Assess, develop and maintain physical security measures across Dustin’s premises, including access control, anti-theft measures, camera surveillance, intrusion alarms and other security protocols.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, ISO requirements and other relevant commitments while developing policies, procedures and documentation and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and confidently navigates complex challenges in an international environment.
Additionally, it's important that:
You have experience with occupational health and safety, workplace risk management and physical security, preferably within a Nordic and Benelux context.
You are familiar with building codes, premises security methodologies and managing local requirements in line with international group policies.
You have strong problem-solving, planning and change management skills, with the ability to work independently while balancing strategic priorities with operational responsibilities.
You communicate clearly and professionally in English and are willing and able to travel to Dustin premises both within the Netherlands and internationally.
