As a Shift Supervisor, you manage all baristas, delegate tasks, and actively help ensure guests always enjoy the so-called 'Starbucks Experience'. Additionally, you train, motivate, and coach employees and have a number of administrative responsibilities. Despite the busy periods, you always manage to keep a cool head. We are looking for Shift Supervisors for various Starbucks station locations in the Netherlands. These include the locations Amsterdam CS, Amsterdam Zuid, Leiden, Eindhoven, Arnhem, Breda, Den Bosch, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, and Utrecht.
WHAT DO WE ASK OF YOU?
- You have leadership qualities that you want to develop further;
- You are available for at least 3 days a week;
- You have an enthusiastic, customer-oriented attitude;
- You have a smile from ear to ear;
- You enjoy working in a team, but you can also perform tasks independently;
- You do not like a 9 to 5 job, but you are flexible and willing to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
