The Opportunity
This varied role puts your customer-focused approach and commercial flair centre stage. Our Customer Service team is a key hub within the organisation, and you’ll play an essential part in keeping everything running smoothly. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll answer queries, think in solutions and make sure requests are dealt with quickly or passed to the right colleague. You’ll also take on a range of administrative tasks that help deliver an excellent customer experience and a high level of service — both internally and externally. This includes proactively managing shared inboxes, staying in touch with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day processes in line with our quality standards. You’ll know how to turn customer interactions into commercial opportunities and will actively contribute to achieving our sales goals. With such a varied workload, you’ll take on plenty of responsibility and play an important role in monitoring, improving and optimising our business processes.
Main Responsibilities
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

Taking, routing and handling incoming calls

Managing the shared mailboxes

Receiving and processing incoming orders
-
Linking follow-up commercial actions to any customer contact

Providing support to internal and external stakeholders
-
Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects
-
Carrying out all work in line with quality standards (GDP)

Supporting the account managers

At least two years’ relevant workexperience.

You have basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office tools and ERP systems.

Excellent command of Dutch; Englishand/or French is an advantage
