As a Sales Support Specialist – Customer Support, you are the key link between the customer and the organization.
You ensure that customer inquiries, orders, and administrative processes run smoothly and accurately — from request to invoicing.
Together with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, you create a seamless customer experience.
In this role, you combine customer interaction, coordination, and administrative work within a technical environment.
Customer Support & Order Management

Coordinate and resolve customer inquiries in collaboration with internal teams

Process and follow up on orders (quotations, planning, and invoicing)

Ensure timely and accurate order handling

Act as the main point of contact and escalation point for customers
Customer experience & communication

Proactively inform customers about the status of their requests

Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

Align closely with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain
Data & performance

Analyze forecasts and sales performance

Prepare reports and share insights

MBO level 4 (vocational education), preferably in an administrative field

3–5 years of experience in customer support, sales support, or order management
-
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Technical affinity (experience in an industrial environment is a plus)

Proactive and flexible mindset

Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)

French is a plus (for supporting Belgian customers)
