About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team based in Arnhem. As the key contact for our customers and suppliers across the Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and delivering exceptional service and solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
· Act as a primary point of contact for our valued customers and suppliers in the Benelux region.
· Build and nurture relationships through regular visits, maintaining consistent and meaningful communication.
· Attend trade fairs, industry meetings, and staff exhibition stands to represent our company and expand our network.
· Identify customer needs—spoken and unspoken—and translate them into effective solutions.
· Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure high standards of service and support at every customer touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For:
· Professional experience in pathology, life sciences, or a related field.
· A strong professional network within the sector.
· Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
· Approachability, genuine enthusiasm for the field, and a talent for connecting with people on every level.
