That also means we take ownership of what happens after the coffee is roasted. Our warehouse is where promises become reality. Where accuracy, speed, and care decide whether a customer feels “fine” or “wow”.
As a Coffee Machine Operator, you make sure the coffee machines at our customer locations run smoothly, serve consistently great drinks, and are always clean and stocked. You handle refills, daily upkeep, and basic troubleshooting. Anything technical or structural gets escalated to our Maintenance and Operating Team.
On a typical week, you will:

Keep machines running day to day

Refill ingredients based on agreed schedules

Perform routine cleaning of the machines and the immediate area around them

Make sure machines are ready for customers to use at all times
- Check beverage quality and machine performance during visits

Spot irregularities such as weak extraction, residue build up, blocked lines, or unusual taste

Report recurring issues or deviations to the Maintenance and Operating Team

Monitor stock levels on site

Record usage accurately and request replenishment on time

Prevent out of stock situations by sticking to replenishment schedules

Register refills, incidents, and support requests accurately

Share customer feedback and recurring themes with the Operations Support Team

Log relevant updates in our operational system

Training is provided

Experience with bean to cup or automatic coffee machines is a plus

Comfortable with daily cleaning and first line troubleshooting

Strong focus on hygiene, quality, and customer service

Reliable, organized, and service oriented
