You as Account Manager are responsible for driving the growth of ZO Skin Health Benelux within a defined geography by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones. The role plays a key part in expanding market share, executing strategic plans, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity in the field.
Core Responsibilities
- Expand brand presence across assigned territory by acquiring new customers and maximizing performance within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement quarterly account plans, based on the marketing and education strategies communicated by the company to drive sales and brand engagement.
- Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Cooperate with the designated local trainer allowing the trainer to implement the educational strategies within the targeted accounts
- Deliver short product update trainings within the clinics
- Partner with local clinical experts and field colleagues to co-develop tailored business plans that align with commercial objectives.
- Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to account activation, focusing on improving conversion metrics across the sales funnel.
- Consistently deliver against agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead product launches and ensure timely, effective implementation in the field.
- Contribute to regional sales strategies by identifying trends, market gaps, and commercial opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate territory performance reports for internal review.
- Gather and share relevant market intelligence and competitor insights with cross-functional teams.

Experience & Qualifications
- Field sales experience in aesthetics or professional skincare (preferred, not a must).
- Strong record of business development and customer growth.
- Existing network within aesthetic clinics and skin professionals is advantageous.
- Full proficiency level in English language and Dutch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full, clean driving license required.
