What to Expect
In this role you will act as the main business partner and project manager for transportation operations across EMEA. You will own performance metrics, define SLAs, build robust processes, and drive implementation of strategic initiatives with carriers and internal teams. You will advocate for business needs and ensure transport cost control, visibility, and compliance while working closely with Sales, Service, Warehousing, Logistics and IT stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Performance & Metrics Ownership
- Define and align SLAs with business teams and carriers (including Bodyshop OTIF) and track compliance.

Develop end-to-end metrics, transport visibility dashboards, and root-cause analysis.

Align performance metrics with the wider business and report regularly to business owners and logistics leadership.

Provide clear insights on trends and impact to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
Process Setup
- Build and maintain required processes together with Network, Operations, and Leadership.

Implement transport cost control, order validation, and allocation rules.

Develop and drive efforts in logistics monitoring and controls.

Project-manage enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements that deliver measurableresults.
Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the business and advocate their needs.

Define and support B2B service processes related to transportation.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a similar role with a strong focus onperformance management, process improvement, and business partnership.

Proven project management skills and experience defining SLAs, building metrics, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel proficiency (SQL or Tableau experience is a plus).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities — comfortable presenting to leadership andbridging cultural differences across EMEA.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
