Kitchen Prep Cook – Harvest Hub
Harvest Hub is looking for a kitchen prep cook to join our team.
We work with organic ingredients, many sourced locally (and some from our own land), and focus on simple, fresh food for our food bar and catering.
What you’ll be doing:
-Preparing ingredients and dishes for our daily food bar
-Assisting with catering orders and production
-Keeping track of kitchen inventory
-Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
-Following HACCP guidelines
-Contributing ideas for new seasonal recipes
-Updating our recipe book
-Baking sweets and baked goods
What we’re looking for:
-Experience in a kitchen or horeca environment
-Someone who works independently and stays organized
-A hands-on mindset — you see what needs to be done and do it
-Interest in fresh, seasonal, and organic food
-Reliable and consistent
What we offer:
-Around 20 hours per week (flexible, can be discussed)
