Position Overview
We are seeking a Telecom Coordinator to oversee and manage daily telecommunications operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, telecom knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Telecom Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Scmastelecom BV’s reputation for excellence in telecom services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate telecom operations including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure efficient communication.
- Maintain accurate records of telecom systems, contracts, and service reports.
- Support network upgrades, system improvements, and compliance initiatives.
- Prepare reports on telecom performance and recommend operational enhancements.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and client engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ telecom regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in telecom coordination or network operations.
- Strong knowledge of telecom systems, networking, and troubleshooting practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and telecom management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
