Are you eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Retail Media, Digital Content, and Sales Channel Development within a global organization? We are looking for a proactive and analytical Graduation Intern - Retail Media, Content & Sales - to support our Global E-Commerce team. In this role, you will contribute to improving our online visibility, content performance, and customer understanding across key digital sales channels.
- Support the execution and optimization of Retail Media campaigns across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, marketplaces, or retailer websites)
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and customer data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Support product content optimization, including product pages, images, and descriptions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve digital shelf performance
- Contribute to customer insights analysis, B2B
- Assist in building reports to track sales, media, and content KPIs
- Support ongoing process improvements and documentation within digital commerce workflows
- Hands-on experience with Retail Media and digital marketing in e-commerce
- Exposure to data-driven decision-making and customer analytics
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional team
- Insight into content strategy and digital shelf optimization
- An internship allowance of €550,- gross a month
- Available for 40 hours per week
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in Retail Media, digital marketing, or customer insights
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital marketing tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Are able to work 4 days a week from the office in Oosterhout.
