For our Wellensteyn Outlet Store Batavia Stad in Lelystad, we are looking for a
Store Manager in Full-time (38h.) or Part-time (32h.), all genders welcome
at the earliest possible date.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expert, friendly, and individual customer consultation and sales
- Design and monitoring of "Visual Merchandising"
- Operating the cash register / cash reconciliation
- Warehouse management (goods receipt and disposition)
- Administrative tasks (returns/orders/inventory controls/inventories)
- Leading and developing your sales team
- Collection and analysis of key performance indicators
- Regular reporting to divisional management
- Maximizing sales opportunities and profitability
- Creating deployment schedules
- Developing and optimizing processes in day-to-day business
