The location of the position will be in the Netherlands.
What You'll Do:
Lead the sales process for control valves, ensuring technical and commercial excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Identify customer needs and create winning solutions by combining Valmet technologies and services.
Collaborate with international Flow Control sales offices to drive business growth.
Ensure Valmet is positioned as a preferred vendor through proactive engagement and negotiation.
What You Bring:
3+ years of proven experience in sales within industrial markets.
Previous experience in valves business is seen as an advantage.
Fluent Dutch and English both verbal and written.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with the ability to navigate the complexities of a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Driven by continuous personal growth, with a competitive mindset and a strong focus on achieving ambitious targets and overcoming challenges.
Open-minded, innovative, and adaptable, with the flexibility to respond effectively to evolving business needs and priorities.
