We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior professional to join our team in Rotterdam as a REACH Analyst. Working closely with our Regulatory & Certification Manager, you will support the administrative and operational aspects of our REACH activities and product compliance processes across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance within an international environment and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update REACH, UK-REACH, CLP, and related regulatory records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Support the day-to-day administration of REACH registration dossiers and compliance data
- Coordinate with external REACH service providers and assist with data exchanges
- Assist with the setup of new REACH registrations and related compliance activities
- Help prepare, update, distribute, and archive Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Support ECHA submissions and other regulatory notifications under the guidance of the Regulatory & Certification Manager
- Maintain compliance documentation related to SVHC, RoHS, food contact, and other applicable regulations
- Provide administrative support to internal teams on REACH and product compliance matters
- Assist with reporting activities, audits, and internal compliance processes
- Monitor regulatory updates and maintain related documentation and records
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field preferred, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Interest in regulatory compliance or the chemical/manufacturing industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with data, documentation, and structured processes
- First experience with REACH, compliance, or regulated industries is an advantage, but not required
