## What Will You Do?
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, and makeup application.
* Manage guest appointments efficiently using salon software, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow.
* Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to each guest’s needs.
* Deliver engaging product demos and upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards across all treatment areas.
* Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments with excellent customer service skills.
* Utilize social media management skills to promote salon services, special offers, and new treatments to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
* Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and encouraging purchase of recommended items.
* Support team management efforts by collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and high-quality service delivery.
