As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and optimizing logistics processes and material flows across our production and supply chain operations. You will translate business needs into scalable logistics solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
Key responsibilities:
Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows, ensuring alignment with production requirements and future business growth
Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, inventory management, resource utilization, and cost efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQDCP) principles
Lead and support LEAN projects, applying methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving
Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
