At DO IT Organic, customer satisfaction starts with seamless execution. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating customer orders, responding to customer inquiries and working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Your key responsibilities include:
Process and confirm customer orders received through email, webshop and internal systems.
Ensure orders are executed according to commercial agreements, customer requirements and internal logistics processes.
Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure a smooth order flow.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Support customers with documentation, credit notes and administrative requests.
Identify potential issues and proactively contribute to solutions.
Help improve processes, communication and customer satisfaction.
Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Support commercial activities and help strengthen collaboration between Customer Service and Sales.
You'll join an international team of six colleagues, where collaboration is open, informal and supportive. As you settle into the role, you'll take ownership of customer orders, become a trusted point of contact for customers and colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvements in our customer service and sales support processes. From day one, you'll learn through hands-on collaboration with experienced team members. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with working hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
Experience in a customer service, sales support or commercial administration.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Able to prioritise, stay organised and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook and order management systems. Experience with e-commerce platforms or web shop tools is a plus.
