About the role
Betty Blocks is the AI Application Generation Platform. We help enterprise and mid-market organisations build production-ready applications at AI speed, with the governance and code ownership IT needs. We are based in Alkmaar and work with customers internationally.
As an Account Executive you win new business and open up new regions. You own the full cycle, from first conversation to close and beyond, growing each account after the win. You travel to meet prospects when a deal calls for it. Renewals sit with our Customer Success team, so your focus stays on landing and expanding.
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market prospects, from sourcing to close and expansion
- Win new business and drive expansion into new regions and new use cases
- Translate a technical platform into clear business value for business, IT and CIO-level stakeholders
- Lead with discovery and connect the platform to real business outcomes
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers and Marketing
- Shape your own account strategy and hit your targets
What you bring
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience
- A track record of hitting and beating quota
- A hunter mentality, comfortable owning cycles end to end
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
- A forever learner, curious and always sharpening your craft
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
