As a Maintenance Coordinator, you are responsible for effectively coordinating and handling technical malfunctions within our production environment. You manage a team of technicians daily, ensure clear task distribution, and monitor the progress of the work. You play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the continuity of our processes. In this pivotal role, you work closely with the technical service, production departments, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring a quick, safe, and structured resolution of technical issues.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinating and prioritizing reports and malfunctions.
- Ensuring adequate follow-up and communication between technical service, production, and other departments.
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing malfunction reports and improvement actions.
- Identifying deviations in planning and making improvement proposals.
- Active participation in improvement and investment projects.
- Ensuring correct administrative processing of malfunctions in systems such as the maintenance management system (Ultimo).
- Enforcing safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and promoting awareness within the team.
- Collaborating with QA to support food safety and ensuring compliance with hygiene guidelines and HACCP protocols.
