L&D Designer Intern
As an L&D Designer Intern, you will support creating learning experiences by delivering graphic and multimedia assets for the various training programs within DLL.
Day to day:
- Designs graphic assets for eLearning trainings and Learner-marketing marketing.
- Delivers Illustrations to the 2D animator for animated videos.
- Creates Graphic pieces for different channels, including digital media and printed assets.
- Participates in video production in our in-house recording Studio.
- Delivers edited video for e-learnings and training platforms.
- Co-creates concepts for storytelling within the learning paths. (Games, eLearnings, 2D Animations, workshops, etc)

Essentials:
- Undergraduate/graduate Graphic Design Student, or related fields.
- Portfolio showcasing corporate projects.
- Use of Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, Premiere Pro.
- English proficiency
Extras:
- Nice to have: Use of After effects, other software in Adobe suite or other Design software for professional delivery.
- Previous experience in corporate environment will be a plus.
- Willingness to stay for 6 months – 1 year.
Compensations:
- The internship will start in August-September. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
