Cleanroom MechanicAbout the Position
Due to the continued growth of the organization, we are looking for several skilled Cleanroom Mechanics to join the team.
As a Cleanroom Mechanic, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to assemble highly complex modules and systems in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for assembling products according to technical drawings, production documentation, functional specifications, and strict quality standards.
Working within the assembly team, you will ensure that products are assembled accurately, measured correctly, and meet all quality requirements before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble high-tech modules and systems in a cleanroom environment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation
- Follow established assembly procedures and measurement regulations
- Perform measurements and register product data
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- A completed technical education in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Aerospace Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Or a comparable technical field (EQF Level 3, 4, or 5)
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Interest in working within a cleanroom environment
- A flexible mindset and willingness to go beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule when required
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Employment ConditionsSalary
- Gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,600
- Salary is based on education, experience, and technical skills
Additional Benefits
- 25 paid vacation days per year
- Option to work in daytime or a 2-shift schedule
- 20% shift allowance when working shifts
- 8% holiday allowance, paid annually
- 5% ADV allowance on top of the monthly salary
- Up to 7 paid public holidays per year
- Travel allowance of €0.16 per kilometer
