Imagine being the person who keeps Destinus, a fast-scaling aerospace and defense company aligned, on track, and moving at industrial tempo. As our PMO Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of how programs are steered, reported, and governed. You’ll turn scattered inputs into clear SteerCo reporting, build the templates and structures that let the organization run, and make sure decisions actually get made — and followed through. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, sees the patterns behind the noise, and knows how to use modern tools (including AI) to do more, faster.
What You’ll Do
-
Build, maintain, and continuously improve SteerCo and management reporting — turning program data into crisp, decision-ready insights
-
Design and standardize templates, dashboards, and reporting structures used across programs and functions, including change management templates
-
Prepare, structure, and lead recurring calls and meetings — owning agendas, follow-ups, and accountability for action items
-
Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets, and proactively flag what needs attention
-
Leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, and analysis, and help embed these ways of working across the team
-
Act as the right hand of the Head of Program Management Office, providing a single source of truth for program status across stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
What You’ll Need
-
3–5 years of professional experience in a PMO, project controlling, or consulting role — ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
-
A relevant degree is welcome, but hands-on experience and delivery matter more to us than your field of study
-
Hands-on experience supporting change management and stakeholder-driven initiatives
-
Strong track record building SteerCo reporting, templates, and governance structures from the ground up
-
Confidence and structure in leading calls and meetings, keeping diverse stakeholders aligned and accountable
-
Fluency with AI tools and a genuine drive to use them to work smarter
-
Excellent command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with project/collaboration tools is a plus
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace
-
Fluent English; German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus
Who You Are
-
You bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving environments
- You are highly organized, proactive, and accountable for delivering results
- You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- You enjoy improving processes, challenging inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement
- You embrace AI and modern technologies to work smarter, faster, and more effectively
