Responsibilities: - Managing technicians, work preparers, and engineers - Preparing daily and weekly schedules and monitoring progress - Coordinating the installation and replacement of cables and pipelines - Ensuring safe and high-quality execution (safety first) - Maintaining contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders - Monitoring project costs and handling administration - Timely identifying bottlenecks and making adjustments as needed You are the main point of contact on-site and continuously maintain a balance between planning, quality, safety, and budget.
