Tactalyse is looking for a (part-time) online video coach. We are a fast-growing company and experts in individual football tactics. We advise professional football players, agents, trainers/coaches, and clubs on the tactical side of the game. We collaborate with 35 coaches worldwide, coaching more than 250 players across 20 different countries and competing in top competitions worldwide.
As a license holder, you run your own player base under the Tactalyse brand. You coach, you grow, and you earn.
What you earn
Realistic earnings of €40,000+ after 1-2 years at Tactalyse, working part-time, in the evenings, from home. Your income grows with your player base. The more players you coach, the more you earn. License holders at Lite+ run classroom sessions up to 100 players, and Lite Pro runs group sessions of up to 5 players per position.
What the work looks like
- Evening sessions, fully remote, coach from wherever you are
- Weekly tactical video sessions with your players
- Pre-match video preparation
- Monitoring player progress over time
- Group sessions (Lite+ and Lite Pro)
The license model
You operate as self-employed in your own country under a Tactalyse license agreement. This gives you access to our brand, methodology, content, and technology.
To get started:
- Register as self-employed in your country
- Pay a one-time start fee and yearly license fee
- Complete the Tactalyse education program
- Build your player base
Your success depends on three things: delivering quality sessions, attracting players in your market, and presenting yourself as a professional.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of football tactics
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable with digital tools
- Self-employed (or willing to register) in your country
- Available in the evenings
- Coaches and analysts currently employed at professional clubs are not eligible
