About Nala Village
Nala Village is an emerging nature-based retreat resort where wellbeing, nature and meaningful human connection come together. Located in the beautiful Achterhoek region of the Netherlands, Nala Village is creating a unique destination where people can slow down, reconnect and experience transformative retreats.We are looking for an entrepreneurial, people-oriented professional to help build and grow our retreat community.This is a diverse role that combines community management, retreat sales, hospitality and operational support. From following up retreat leads and building long-term partnerships to welcoming retreat groups and supporting daily operations, you will play a key role in creating the Nala Village experience.
What you’ll be doing
Community & Partnership Development
- Build and nurture a community of retreat organisers, yoga teachers and wellness facilitators.
- Develop long-term partnerships that contribute to the growth of Nala Village.
- Coordinate the annual retreat calendar.
- Support the development of Nala Signature Retreats.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and connection within the Nala community.
Retreat Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up on all incoming retreat enquiries and leads.
- Proactively approach retreat organisers, coaches, facilitators and companies.
- Present Nala Village as the ideal retreat destination.
- Organise site visits and personal tours of the resort.
- Convert leads into confirmed retreat bookings.
- Maintain excellent relationships with retreat organisers before, during and after their retreats.
Guest Experience
- Guide retreat organisers throughout the entire customer journey.
- Welcome retreat groups during check-in and support check-out.
- Ensure every retreat runs smoothly and deliver an exceptional experience for both organisers and guests.
Operational Support
- Support the Park Manager with day-to-day operational activities whenever needed.
- Be hands-on during retreats and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- This role is primarily based at Nala Village.
- Occasionally meet potential retreat organisers or partners outside Nala Village when beneficial for developing new collaborations.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, building meaningful relationships and creating unforgettable experiences. You are:
- Passionate about wellbeing, retreats, yoga or hospitality.
- Commercially minded and enjoy following up leads and creating new opportunities.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting people.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Comfortable combining community management, sales and hospitality.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Living within approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Nala Village.
- Excited to work primarily on-site and be part of a growing, entrepreneurial team.
