In this role, you are the central point of contact for all post-acquisition integration activities within Boels. You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.
You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired companies are smoothly integrated into Boels. You also support the Manager M&A and Integration in due diligence activities, helping to identify opportunities and risks early in the M&A process.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Develop and execute integration strategies in line with Boels’ operational and strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments (Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, IT, and more).

Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption during an integration.

Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.

Support due diligence by assessing financial and operational risks and fit.

Drive change management efforts and support stakeholders through organizational change.

What do you bring?
- A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of business process integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of IT systems, data migration, and integration.
- Professional level in Dutch mandatory
